Making Changes!
Well fellow Losers!!! I've actually ATTEMPTED to make change this past week. i've worked out, been more strict on my food, and drank plenty of water! I have been scolded for saying, "I hope I've lost weight this week"....so I'm going to say, "I KNOW I've made a difference this week!!!" Hope you have too! Risa

Why would anyone scold you for that?! You go Boss because when I beat you on the golf course this year I want no excuses. :o) Oh, by the way this week I also started to work out,gave up eating bread for the most part, gave up mayo (oh how that hurt) and been eating more salads and soups.
